Mavis Claire Daigle Lusher passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016. Beloved wife of the late John R. Lusher, Jr. Mother of Joel Lusher McCall (Mike), Keith M. Lusher, Sr. (Kathy), Scott G. Lusher (Dian), and Guy R. Lusher (Ellie). Grandmother of Keith Lusher, Jr. (Geralyn), Jared Lusher, Kelly McCall Brian (Billy), Lindsay McCall, Angela Lusher Pearson (Ken), Chris Lusher (Whitney), and Nicolas Lusher. Great-grandmother of Kasey, Alli, Maddie, Beau, Charlie, Luke, Gabrielle, and Makenzie. Daughter of the late Laura Mendoza Daigle and Louis J. Daigle. Sister of Mervyn B. Daigle and Phyllis A. Daigle. Age 89 years, a native of New Orleans, and resident of Covington, LA.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette St., Algiers, LA on Sunday, April 3, 2016 from 6 PM until 9 PM. The Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, 400 Verrett St., Algiers, LA on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in St. Bartholomew Cemetery, Algiers, LA.
