Mike Manuel Aguilar, Sr. entered into eternal rest on December 25, 2023. Beloved husband of Peggy Mansfield Aguilar for 49 years. Father of Mike Aguilar, Jr. (Kimberly), Sarah Aguilar (fiancé Ryan Lisotta), and the late Spencer Aguilar Sr. Grandfather of Lestat, Jolie, Madison, and Spencer Jr. (Mom Jennifer). Son of the late Jesus Aguilar and the late Josephine Carrillo Salazar Aguilar. Brother of Jesus Aguilar, Jr. (Lillian), Mary Garcia (late Alfred), Charlotte Deleon (late Felix), Victor Aguilar, Julius Aguilar (Ofelia), the late George Aguilar (late Merejilda),the late Johnny Aguilar (late Anita), and the late Guadalupe Young (late Roy). Son in law of Victoria Mansfield and the late John Mansfield. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and his K-9 companions Bitty and Gin Gin. Age 74 years, a native of Palacios, TX and resident of Marrero, LA. Mike enjoyed spending time with family, collecting cars, and fishing.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Marrero, LA on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 9 AM until Funeral Mass time at 12 Noon. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
