Mike Joseph Palermo

Mike J. Palermo, age 57 entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 14, 2013. Beloved husband of Rebecca H. Palermo for 4 years. Son of Rita Rose Gulizo Palermo and the late Ciro J. “Jimmy” Palermo. Father of Shannon Palermo, Jessica Marlbrough and Ryan Marlbrough. Brother of Mark R. Palermo (Jessica) and Matthew C. Palermo (the late Belinda). Uncle and Godfather of Jonathan Palermo, Jessica Lemoine Burlet, Jay Palermo and Nikki Palermo. Mike worked as a Database Administrator for SAIC and Entergy for many years. He was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Marrero, LA. The family would like to extend a sincere appreciation to the Doctors and Staff of the Cancer Center at WJMC and TUHC for their care given to Mike. A Memorial Visitation will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Ames Blvd., Marrero, LA on Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 11AMuntil 1PM. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church on Thursday at 1PM. A private interment will take place.
