Mildred Helen Munch Gros entered into eternal life as the angels came to receive her Saturday, December 14, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Steve Emanuel Gros, Sr. Loving mother of Steve Gros, Jr., Allen Gros (Alicia) and Glenn Gros (Catherine). Loving grandmother of Darrell, Shane, Lennia, Alisa Roy (Damon) and the late Flint Gros. Also survived by loving great grandchildren; Brad Bourgeois, Alea and Matthew Roy, Courtney, Kayla, Nathan, Brandon, Harper, and Shane Gros, Jr; 2 great great grandchildren, Dustin and Destin Walker; a host of loving nieces and nephews, family and friends. Sister of Margaret “Peggy” DiMarco, the late Mary Berthelot, Stella LaBiche, Robert, William, Jr., Edward, Dave and Amelia Munch. Daughter of the late Augustina Plaeger Munch and William Munch, Sr. Age, 88 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Westwego, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church, Ave. A., Westwego, LA on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 11 AM. Interment, Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum, Westwego, LA. Parlors will be open at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 from 6 PM until 10 PM and again Wednesday from 8 AM until 10:30 AM.
