Milton Joseph Chaison, Sr. entered into eternal rest on December 7, 2014 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Gloria Faye Poteet Chaison for 68 years. Son of the late Joseph Allen Chaison and Leah Dupuy Chaison. Beloved father of Brenda Chaison Pierce, Myra Chaison Waites, Milton Joseph Chaison Jr., Pam Chaison Cannon, Chad Chaison and the late Troy Q. Chaison. Grandfather of 9; Great Grandfather of 12. Brother of the late Verna Rita Chaison Balu. Mr. Milton served his country in World War II while serving in the United States Navy; he was an employee for Southern Pacific Railroad for 32 years. Milton was born in Algiers, LA and resided in Terrytown, LA. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 9AM until 10:30AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 10:30AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
