Milton J Detillier

Milton J. Detillier passed away on January 18, 2015 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Shirley DiMarco Detillier. Step-father of Michael T. DiMarco Sr. (wife Gail) and Alex DiMarco Sr. Brother of Anthony “Cuz” Detillier and the late John Detillier. Son of Alton and Eula Boyer Detillier. Also survived by one step-daughter, Sharon Johnson, two step-sons, Gary Mann (wife Ann), J.R. Miller (wife Linda) and many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by three step-sons.
Milton served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was awarded, among other citations, the Combat Infantryman’s Badge for combat service. He later retired as a welder for Price Brothers. Milton was a member of Life Church in Boutte, the American Legion and V.F.W. He will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Life Church Assembly of God, 13271 Highway 90 in Boutte, LA on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 9 AM to 12 Noon. Services will follow. Interment Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum in Westwego. MOTHE FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
