Mona Phillips Bergeron passed away Friday, July 5, 2013. Age, 60 years. A native of Plaquemines Parish and a resident of Prairieville, LA. Beloved wife of Dickey Bergeron, Sr. Loving mother of Rachael Sylve (Scott), Kimberly Bergeron (Chad), Dickie Bergeron, Jr. (Kristian) and Dana Bergeron. Grandmother of Alaina, Luke, Curtis, Caitlin, Kayleigh, Khayden, Micah, Mila and Brailey. Sister of Alice Eastman, Sheila Machado, Connie Bernich, Myrtle Phillips, Raymond Reyes, Dwight Reyes, Sr., Roland, Ronald, Donnie and John Phillips. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends. Daughter of the late Anna Mae Creppel and Fred Phillips. Mrs. Bergeron was a faithful member and ordained minister of Faith Temple, Buras, LA.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 6 PM until 10 PM. Visitation will continue at Faith Temple, 37371 Highway 11, Buras, LA on Thursday, July 11, 2013 from 9AM until 11 AM. The Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM. Interment, Grand Bayou Cemetery, Grand Bayou, LA.
