Muriel Montelepre Hebert

Muriel Montelepre Hebert, a native of Algiers, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA, died Monday, May 26, 2014 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Noah J. Hebert. Loving mother of Philip Hebert, Rick Hebert, and the late Mike Hebert. Grandmother of Liberty, Dulcie, Megan, Morgan, and Courtney Hebert. Great-grandmother of Max and Madeline Smotherman. Sister of Lillian "Lucy" LoCicero (James), the late Marian Babin (Wesley) and the late John Montelepre (Lois). Daughter of the late Lillian Davies and Miguel A. Montelepre. Aunt of John Montelepre, Jr., Betty Montelepre, Judy Montelepre, Ronnie Babin, and Janell Cooper. Mrs. Hebert was a school teacher for over 35 years and taught at Belleville School, Behrman School, and Edna Karr Junior High in Algiers, LA. She was a faithful member of Mt. Olivier and St. Philip Episcopal Church.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 9 AM until 1:30 PM.
