Nancy Theriot Altemus

Nancy Jane Theriot Altemus, age 73, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2014, on her mother’s birthday. Beloved wife of Harvey J. Altemus for 55 years. Mother of Dean Altemus (Monica) and Rodney Altemus (Millie). Daughter of the late Sadia Latiolais Theriot, John Theriot and Jean Bernard. Sister of Mary Latiolais (Clayton), Jimmy Theriot (Linda), Barbara Lasseigne (Carol), Jerry Theriot (Nancy), Wiley T-Black Theriot (Cathy), and Mark Theriot (Camille). Grandmother of Brent, Kelly (Daniel, fiancé), Amanda, and Megan Altemus. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A native of Catahoula, LA and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA for the past 54 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 8968 Hwy 23, Belle Chasse, LA on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 12:00 noon. Visitation at the church from 9:00 am until funeral time. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Mothe Funeral Homes in charge of arrangements.
