Neil A. Wiseman, Sr.

Neil A. Wiseman Sr. entered into Eternal Rest on March 19, 2015 at the age of 67 years. Beloved husband of Phyllis Elliott Wiseman. Loving father of Neil Anthony Wiseman Jr. (wife, Lacy), Jade W. Ethridge (husband, Adam) and Erin E. Wiseman (fiancé, Michael Benton). “Pawzie” of Aidan and Emily Wiseman, Aubrey and Addison Ethridge. Brother of Cheryl Pertuit, Cynthia Strander, Neila Barrios, Darcy Griffin, the late Wade and Mark Wiseman. Son of Zelda Agoff Wiseman and the late Felix Wiseman. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Neil loved his bayou heritage. He spent much of his life on the water as a tugboat captain. He loved his time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. Neil was an avid sports fan who loved his New Orleans Saints, Dallas Cowboys and horse racing. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Lafitte on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 10 AM to 1 PM. A Funeral Mass will follow. Interment St. Pius X Mausoleum in Crown Point.
