Nell Babin Hubert

May Nell Babin Hubert, known to many as Nell, age 95 entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 23, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Elliott Napoleon Hubert. Daughter of the late Raymond Babin and Yolande Landry Babin. Mother of Elliott Hubert and the late Madeline H. Axtman. Grandmother of Stacey Barbe’, Charmagne Knightlinger, Michelle Vead, Andrew Hubert and the late Tabetha Conrad. Great Grandmother of Casey Conrad, Caitlin Barbe’ and Cameron Barbe’. Great Great Grandmother of Gwenyth Theriot. She is preceded in death by her brother and sister. Nell is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. She was born in White Castle, LA and was a lifelong resident of Gretna, LA. Visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Friday, March 28, 2014 from 10AM until 11:30AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Franklin Avenue and Burmaster Street, Gretna, LA on Friday at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
