Nieves Eneida Guardado Creagh

Nieves Eneida Guardado Creagh entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 22, 2024 at the age of 79. Beloved daughter of the late Lazaro Guardado and Maria Padilla. Loving mother of Eneyda Martinez (Antonio), Hector R. Bustillo (Vicki), Vania Bustillo, Olban M. Bustillo, Eduardo G. Creagh (Stephanie) and the late Lizzeth M. Rosales. She is the grandmother of 13 grandchildren and the great grandmother of 14 great grandchildren. Ms. Nieves is preceded in death by 1 grandchild. She is the sister of Victor, Olga, Elihio, Leonar, Mayra, Mario Antonio, Rafael and the late Luis, Yolanda and Roberto. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Nieves was born in Tela, Honduras and was a resident of Marrero, Louisiana for 50 years. She was a talented seamstress and an active Parishioner and Cook for St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana on Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 6PM until 8PM. Visitation will resume on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 9AM until 1:30PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 1:30PM.
