Noelie Annie Chapman passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the age of 89. Daughter of the late Robert August Dudden, Sr. and Hazel Nassauer Dudden. Sister of Loretta Dudden Parent (Benny) and the late Gloria E. Dudden. Mother of Arthur Reif (Kay), Laron Calhoun (Carol) and Paul Chapman (Julie).
