Nora Maltese Stipelcovich

Nora Maltese Stipelcovich went to be with the Lord Jesus on April 24, 2015 at the age of 77 years. She is a native of Braithwaite, LA and resided in Empire, LA for many years. Beloved wife of 60 years to Lawrence “Brother” Stipelcovich. Mother of Kathleen Stipelcovich Welch (Dewayne), Alana Stipelcovich Beaugez (Donald) and Mary Stipelcovich Castille-Abadie (Glenn and the late Percy Castille). Grandmother of Chad, Chance, Rachelle, Joseph, Kenneth and Joshua. Great-grandmother of Marianna, Kacey, Christa, Zachary, Hali, Courtney and Alex. Sister of Salvador Maltese Jr. (the late Sandra), Carlo Maltese (Elaine) and Anthony Maltese (Patricia). Aunt of Veronica, Carlo, Sam, Kirk and David. Daughter of the late Nora Grob Maltese and Salvador Maltese Sr. She is also survived by Janice Maltese along with many other loving relatives and friends.
The family extends their gratitude to the nurses and staff of East Jefferson General Hospital and Egan Hospice and caregivers for their care and compassion during this difficult time.
