Norbert A. “Griff” Griffith passed away on June 12, 2015 at the age of 69 years. Beloved companion of Marie Savoy. Father of Scott Griffith (wife, Shellie). Grandfather of Shelbie and Shyann. Great-grandfather of Jacob. Son of the late Ralph Griffith and Bertha Smith Griffith. Also survived by other loving family members and friends.
He served his country in the U.S. Army Special Forces during the Vietnam War and received the Combat Infantryman Badge and the Purple Heart. He owned race horses and later retired as an electrician/foreman with Watts, an offshore construction company.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Friday, June 19, 2015 from 9 AM to 1 PM.
