Norman Andrew David

Norman Andrew David passed away after a long illness on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at age 68. He was a native of Raceland, LA and resident of Pleasure Bend, LA. Beloved father of Christie David. Grandfather of Amber, Charlotte, and the late Erica Doiron. Former father-in-law of Timothy Doiron. Husband of the late Charlotte Bulot David. Son of the late Octave David and Jeanne Meyer David. Brother of Julia Stog, Kathy Martinez (Randy), and the late Gertrude Duffourc, Evelyn Truxillo, Joseph, Raymond, Herman, and Clyde David. Special thanks to his Godchild Billy Truxillo for his love and support. Mr. David worked for J. Ray McDermott for many years and was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is greatly loved and will be in our hearts forever. Relatives and Friends of the Family, also employees of J. Ray McDermott, are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 9 AM. Interment Restlawn Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 PM until 10 PM and Saturday morning from 8 AM until funeral time.
