Father of Alice Rigaud (the late Russell Ronquillo), Andrea Grundstrom (the late Jim Grundstrom) and Pamela R. Lege (Ryan). Step father of Lisa Landry (Patrick). Grandfather of John Patrick Treadaway, Whitney Treadaway, Alex Treadaway. Great grandfather of George Logan Reno, Kadence Treadaway, Della Reno, and Aubree Treadaway. Son of Emile Joseph Bowers and the late Ena France Bowers and Otto A. Rigaud Sr. Brother of Evelyn R. Vincent. A lifelong resident of Empire, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral service at Lighthouse Fellowship Church,37332 Hwy 11, Buras, LA 70041 on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 12 noon.
