Patricia “Mickey” Fitzgerald, age 78 peacefully entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 11, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Edwin R. Fitzgerald, Sr. Daughter of the late Ward Blakeman and Vera Michelet Blakeman. Mother of Ricky Fitzgerald, Victoria Fitzgerald Heffner and the late Edwin Fitzgerald, Jr. Grandmother of Byron C. Heffner, III, Stacey Fitzgerald, Ricky Fitzgerald, Jr. and Tricia Fitzgerald. Great Grandmother of Alexis Fitzgerald, Byron C. Heffner, IV and Logan Heffner. Sister of the late Betty Harris and Ruby Voltilino. Mickey is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Terrytown, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, September 14, 2015 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11AM. Interment will be privately held at a later date.
