Patricia Ann “Sister” Paternostro entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at the age of 54. Longtime companion of Eldon “Black” Parks, Sr. Beloved and loving mother of Brandon Paternostro. Grandmother of Brees Paternostro. Sister of Angeline “Angie” Blanchard, Diane Ragas, Donovan Doucet and the late Geraldine “Gerri” Chester. Daughter of the late Charline Hopel Doucet and Angelo Michael Paternostro. Step Daughter of the late Francis Joseph Doucet. Also survived by her beloved dog, Banjo, many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. She retired from Jefferson Parish School Board after many years. Patricia was born in New Orleans, LA, resided in Gretna, LA and relocated to Picayune, Mississippi for the past 6 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 7PM until 11PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Wednesday from 8AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel on Wednesday at 11AM.
