Pella Weaver, Jr.

Pella Weaver, Jr. passed away peacefully on July 23, 2014 at the age of 56 years. Beloved husband of Melinda Bonnet Weaver. Step-father of Stacy Bonnet Musacchia, Glynn Bonnet Jr. and Jenna Bonnet. Brother of Patricia Rivers Estey, Janice W. Gervais, Paul Weaver, Toretta Weaver and the late Kent M. Weaver. Son of the late Nona Taylor Weaver and Pella Weaver, Sr. Also survived by three step-grandchildren, three nephews and three great-nieces and five great-nephews.
Pella served his country as a Seaman in the U.S. Navy. His love and knowledge of the water kept him close as a deckhand on the Mississippi River. He will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, August 1, 2014 from 9am to 11am. A Memorial Mass will follow.
