Peter D. “Dale” Morel, Sr. passed away on July 31, 2011. Beloved husband of Cindy Lowden Morel. Father of Peter D. Morel, Jr. (Melissa) and Isabella Morel. Grandfather of Peyton and Makenzie Morel. Son of Martha Wooley Morel and the late Louis Morel, Jr. Brother of Louis Paul Morel, Sherry Ann Morel, Kelly Morel St. Clair, Bonnie Jean Morel, Ronnie John Morel and the late Louis John Morel, III. Also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was 51 years of age, a lifelong resident of Plaquemines Parish, LA, most recently of Cypress, TX. Relatives, friends and employees of Shell Oil are invited to attend the visitation at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 8968 Highway 23, Belle Chasse, LA on Saturday, August 6, 2011 from 9 AM to 11 AM.
