Peyton Conner Jr. passed away on Monday, September 21, 2015 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Glenda Moore Conner for 58 years. Father of Susan Conner Massey (the late Ernest), David Peyton Conner, and Charlotte Conner Plute (Thomas). Son of the late Hattie and Doyle Conner. He is survived by three sisters, Bonnie Rains, Terry Yarbrough, and Sheila Davis and one brother, Pat Conner. Grandfather of Devin Golden, Zoe Plute, and Conner Plute. He was a graduate of McNeese University, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and an amateur H.A.M. operator. He was a native of Oxford, MS and a resident of Gretna, LA for the past 38 years. Relatives and friends of the family also employees of Ray Brandt and Troy Duhon Dealerships are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 1pm.
