Phillip J. Smith

Phillip J. Smith (Jerry) entered into eternal rest on Saturday January 12, 2013 at his home in Venice, LA at the age of 70. Beloved son of the late Feltus J. Smith Sr. and Mabel Buras Smith. Brother of the late Feltus J. Smith Jr., Flora Smith Fitzgerald (Fred), Ronald A. Smith Sr. (Madele) and Iris Smith Waddle (Charles). He is survived by his devoted niece, Ronna Smith Gilhang, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as great-great nieces and nephews. Jerry was a former Retired employee of the Plaquemines Parish Government. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a service at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 12:30 PM. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM until 12:30PM. Interment in Boothville Cemetery, Boothville, LA.
