Priscilla Bakewell Anderson

Priscilla Bakewell Anderson of Gretna, LA, age 64, passed away March 29, 2020 at home where she suffered a heart attack. She was born September 13, 1955 to Alfred C. and Lorraine Kelly Bakewell and is survived by sons William A. Anderson III (Briana) and Conrad Bakewell Anderson. Also survived by a loving family of sisters, Donna Bakewell and Libby Rodriguez; brother, Alfred Bakewell III (Tomarie); nieces Virginia Wright, Michelle Wright, and Caitlynn Bakewell; nephews, Chris Bakewell and Kaleb Bakewell, and many cousins. Priscilla was last employed by Dillard’s in Oakwood. After a 3-year delay due to COVID and hurricanes, a memorial service will be held for Priscilla on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at the Gretna United Methodist Church 1309 Whitney Ave. Gretna, LA. Visitation at 6:00 pm and service at 6:30 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the Gretna United Methodist Church.
