In a sudden and brief moment on Sunday September 25th, 2011 Quan Ngo passed away at home, peacefully. He was 75 years old. Quan was born on March 18th, 1936 in Cambodia, escaped to Vietnam in 1976 and fled to U.S. in 1985. Despite the hardship of life that he had endured in Cambodia, and in Vietnam, then restarted a new life in USA 1985, he was always optimistic, gentle and kept his integrity. He touched many lives and was deeply loved by friends and family. Quan was a loving husband of 53 years to Phun Dang, a good father of three sons and five daughters: Cai Ngo and his wife Lynn; Ken Ngo and his wife Cheun; Dan Ngo and his wife Phuong; Chan and her husband Duong Tran; Hoang and her husband Jack Lem, Lien and her husband Y Duong, Bang and her husband Tri Nguyen, Dun and her husband Jeff Valentin; and a gentle grandfather of twenty grandchildren.Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial services at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME (2100 Westbank Exp. Harvey, LA 70058) as follow: on Friday, Sept 30th: 5PM-9PM; Saturday, October 1st: 10AM-1PM, 5PM - 9PM,;Sunday, October 2nd: 9Am-12PM then the Funeral service at 2PM (at the St John Crematory 4841 Canal St. New Orleans, LA 70119).
