Ramon Barraza

Ramon Barraza passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the age of 71 years. Beloved husband of Evelyn Barraza. Father of Kelly Lee, Rodney Barraza (Dana), Monica Pilkington (Jonathan), Horacio, Olga, Alonso, and Mireya Barraza. Son of the late Onecimo and Josefa Barraza. Brother of Humberto, Miner, and Guadalupe Barraza and the late Blanca, Lydia, Lila, Andres, and Gilberto Barraza. Grandfather of Amber and Andrew Lee, Laila Barraza, Jonathan Pilkington, Jr., Aubrey Pilkington and the late Ashly Lee. Also survived by an additional 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. He was a native of Pena Blanca, Mexico and a resident of Avondale, LA for the past 37 years. Relatives and Friends of the family, also employees of Ochsner Foundation Hospital are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, September 4, 2015 at 6pm. Visitation will be held Friday afternoon from 2pm until 6pm. Interment will be held privately at a later date.
