Ramona Whelan Winsley

Ramona Whelan Winsley passed away on March 16, 2015 at the age of 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Keith John Winsley. Mother of Jean W. Ballay (the late Ronald), Keith R. Winsley and Linda W. Scott. Sister of Billie W. Wappler, Geraldine W. Samanie and John J. “Pete” Whelan. Daughter of the late Joseph Emile and Clara Alwell Whelan. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She worked for many years as a policy rater with Fireman's Fund Insurance Company.
