Ray David Murden

Ray David Murden entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at the age of 67. Beloved and loving husband of 42 years to Carmen F. Murden. Son of the late August Thomas Murden, Sr. and Clara Brias Murden. Loving and devoted father of Gwen Murden Mills. Grandfather of Blair Mills. Brother of August Thomas Murden, Jr. and Carol Murden. Ray is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was born in New Orleans and resided in Gretna, LA. Ray served in the United States Air Force for 6 years. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 9:30AM until 12 Noon. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 12 Noon. Interment will be in McDonogh Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
