Richard Andrew Duggan Sr.

Richard Andrew Duggan, Sr., a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Chalmette, LA, passed away Monday, February 17, 2014 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Sally Fink Duggan. Loving father of Carol Duggan and Richard A. Duggan, Jr. Grandfather of Michelle, Jordan, Andrew and Richard A. Duggan, III. Brother of Camille Portier, Frances Bie, Tommy Duggan and the late Wilbert, Patrick and James Duggan. Son of the late Anna Curry and Patrick Duggan. Mr. Duggan was a very generous man who was ready to help anyone who needed it. He will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 1:30 PM. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Parlors will be open Saturday from 10 AM until 1:30 PM.
