Richard "Rick" P. Fremin Jr.

Richard “Rick” P. Fremin, Jr. went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 17, 2023 at the age of 73. Beloved husband of Susan Fremin. Loving father of Richard P. Fremin III (Alana), Shaunte Fremin, and Bart Fremin. Son of the late Helen and Richard P. Fremin, Sr. Brother of Sidney Fremin and Cindy “Sissy” Fremin. Brother-in-law of Chucky Crosby and Tommy Crosby (Milan).  Devoted and caring grandfather of Brelan and Cambre Fremin.  Also survived by other relatives. He was a lifelong resident of Belle Chasse, LA. He was the Founder and owner of Cajun Starter Service, Inc. established in 1981. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He also had a passion for cooking and spending time with his family who loved him dearly. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Plaquemines Parish government are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 11am at the Church of  Abundant, 2301 Par 3 Drive, Harvey, LA.
