Rita Deris Braud passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Floyd H. Braud. Mother of Sandra B. Chiasson and Deborah B. Rodrigue (husband Terry). Daughter of the late John and Eve Deris. Sister of the late Hilda and Leona Deris, Nelson and Edward Bergeron, John Jr., and William Deris. Grandmother of Lori Freeman, Ronda Chiasson, Jeffrey Chiasson, Christopher and Damon Rodrigue. Great-grandmother of Peyton and Paige Chiasson, Lily, Cullen, and Ethan Rodrigue. Survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Age 85 years, a native of McDonoghville, and resident of Gretna, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Friday, April 8, 2011 at 11 AM.
