Robert "Bobby" "Hollywood" Woods

Robert “Bobby” “Hollywood” Woods passed away on July 23, 2014 at the age of 62 years. Beloved father of Jillian Rose Woods and Drew Mitchell Woods. Brother of Charles C. Woods, III and his wife Linda. Son of the late Rosie Rosario Woods and Charles “Red” Woods, Jr. Uncle of Amanda Woods Allison and “uncle” of Alexys, Gabby and Makayla Taliancich. Dear friend of “Lil John” Taliancich and his wife Bonnie. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Robert worked as an electrician for the former Empire Machine Works, Taliancich Oyster Co., Megga Industries and co-owned Robert’s Alternators and Starters. He served his community as a volunteer fire fighter with the Port Sulphur and Buras Fire Departments. He was a devoted Saints fan and never failed to show his spirit for the Black and Gold! The family is requesting that everyone wear their favorite Saints jersey or black and gold.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Port Sulphur, LA on Monday, July 28, 2014 from 9 AM to 11 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow.
