Robert Raymond Cure, Sr.

Robert Raymond Cure, Sr. entered into eternal rest on February 3, 2025. Beloved husband of Betty Ann Miller Cure for almost 43 years. Father of Robert Cure, Jr. (Stephany), Rachelle Morel (Ronnie), and Tara Jackson (Dwayne). Grandfather of Brady Cure, Audrey Cure, Chance Richard (Courtney) and Lexy Richard. Great-grandfather of Evelyn Richard and Josie Richard. Son of the late Carl F. Cure, Sr. and Susie Diaz Cure. Brother of the late June Chopin Verbois, Beverly Dahl, and Carl Cure, Jr. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Age 80 years, a native of Buras, LA and resident of Belle Chasse, LA since Katrina. Robert spent his career in oil sales for National Oilwell-VARCO. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. 

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Parlor of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 11 AM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be held from 8:30 AM until 11 AM.
