Ronald "Lil Ronnie" Dufrene, Jr.

Ronald “Lil Ronnie” Dufrene, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at the age of 51.  Beloved and loving son of Ronald Dufrene, Sr. and Kathleen Monson Dufrene.  Loving brother of Dana Lynn Dufrene and Amy Dufrene D’Antoni (Mike).  Godfather to Darah Lynn Biri-Dufrene and Jacques Ronald Dufrene.  Uncle to Darren Paul (Sky) and Dylan Antoine Rivere, Jolie Kathleen and Natalia Ursula Dufrene.  Great Uncle of Kinsley Lynn Creppel, Maxwell Joseph and Madelyn Jade Rivere.  Godson to Donna Dufrene Orgeron and the late Raymond Pitre.  Ronnie was an avid bowler at Westside Lanes for many years.  He enjoyed fishing, especially with his Dad.  He was most happy when he was around family, loved laughter and good food.  He was a graduate of L.W Higgins High School, Class of 1992.  Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, Louisiana on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 10AM until 1:30PM.  The Recitation of the Rosary will take place at 1PM.  A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1:30PM.  Interment will be held at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum (Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery), Westwego, Louisiana.  Family and friends may offer condolences at mothefunerals.com.
