Ronald G. Landry, Sr., age 73 entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 14, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Carol Templet Landry. Son of the late Rees Landry and Alma Landry. Father of Madel Rivarde (Milton), Ronald “Buck” Landry, Jr. (Arlene), Nancy Dauzat (Mike) of Hessmer, LA and Rees Landry (Tammy Kidwell). Grandfather of Chuck, Caroline and Shane Landry, Sr., Ray and Eugene Rivarde and Mandie Dauzat. Great Grandfather of Chuckie and Shane Landry, Jr., Zachary, Bailey, Cole and Adelaide Rivarde, Blair Watts, Damon and Holden Kidwell. Brother of Barbara Landry and Gloria Landry Saunier. Ronald was a native of Gretna, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA for the past 50 years. He served his country while enlisted in the United States Army National Guard. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 from 9AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
