He was stationed with the 25th Infantry Division “Tropic Lightning” based out of Schofield Barracks, O’ahu, Hawai’i. Rory embodied the wolfhounds motto “NEC ASPERA TERRENT” (NO FEAR ON EARTH).
“The wolfhounds are blood brothers baptized in blood and ordained in fire and steel.”
He was a lover of life and a collector of amazing adventures and experiences that loved his daughters and was happiest when he was out on the bayou fishing, building his next project or helping someone through a difficult situation.
Rory loved telling stories and was always making people laugh, usually about the crazy situations he would get himself into and then miraculously, out of.
Rory chose to give the gift of life by donating his organs to other families in need. Please consider signing up for organ donation and giving hope to others.
