Rose Kliebert Ballay entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 26, 2011 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Elton Nicholas Ballay. Daughter of the late Leon and Elvina Bourgeois Kliebert. Mother of Kathleen B. Duver (Husband Ronald), Darwyn J. Ballay (Wife Deborah), Suzanne B. Breaux (Husband Bill) and Brent B. Ballay (Wife Julie). Grandmother of Paige B. Laurell (Husband Jim), Ryan M. Duver, Justin J. Ballay, Lesley B. Chategnier (Husband Troy), Jared D. Brown and Cailyn E. Ballay. Step grandmother of Robert Shane Allen, Andre’ Smith and the late Adrian Smith. Great Grandmother of Madison Laurell, Jacob Laurell and Landon Chategnier. Sister of Otis Kliebert, Garland Kliebert, Buhel “Buddy” Kliebert and the late Allen Kliebert, Leon Kleibert, Jr., Amy Kliebert Michelli, Eunice Kliebert Lucia, Gertrude Kliebert and Velma Kliebert. Survived by numerous in-laws and nieces and nephews. Native of Paulina, LA and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA for the past 63 years. Rose was a previous member of the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Altar and Rosary Society. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 8968 Highway 23, Belle Chasse, LA on Thursday, September 29, 2011 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church on Thursday at 11AM. Interment will be in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery, Belle Chasse, LA.
