Roselba McGoey Desmore Lowe passed away on May 7, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Marcus Lowe and the late Roy Desmore, Sr. Mother of Roy J. Desmore, Jr. (wife Vickie), Barry L. Desmore (Judy) and Stacey Davis (Ray). Grandmother of Roy III, Alan, Barry Jr., Kerri, Sherri, Dawn, Donald and Lee. Great-grandmother of Mersadie, Ashley, Ciara, Caroline, Shane, Allison, Brendan, Claire, Gavin and Katelyn. Sister of Agatha Hall, Audrey Carline, the late Lois DeRussy and Peter L. McGoey, Jr. Daughter of the late Ethel Wingerter McGoey and Peter L. McGoey. She was 81 years of age and resided in Terrytown, LA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. (corner Westwood Dr.), Marrero, LA on Tuesday, May 9, 2011 at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will take place at the Funeral Home on Monday from 6 PM to 9 PM and will resume on Tuesday from 9 AM to 11 AM.
