Ruby Doris Organ, age 80, of Gretna LA passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Wilton Douglas Organ, Jr. Mother of JoAnn O. Weathers (Carroll), Mary O. Rabalais, and Jimmy D. Organ (Gail). Also survived by a sister, Chris Gauthreaux, a brother, Billy Jean Davis, 6 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Eunice and Lizzie Belle Davis and preceded in death by 6 brothers and one son in law. A native of Grenada County, MS and a resident of Gretna, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the funeral service in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 9 AM.
