Ruth O’Brien Bubrig passed away on April 12, 2012. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Bubrig. Mother of Brian R. Bubrig (Betty), Darryl Bubrig (Reba) and the late Billie Lynn Jones (Derwood). Daughter of the late Maurice O’Brien and Blanche Cognevich O’Brien. Sister of Sherman M. O’Brien, Shirley Porter, Warren O’Brien. Sister in law of Annabelle O’Brien. Also survived by, 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Born in Texas and a lifelong resident of Boothville, LA. A special thanks to Riverbend Nursing Home, Harmony Hospice, Bobbie Johnson, Linda Gumpert and Kittie Aupied.
