Sally Fink Duggan

Sally Fink Duggan entered into eternal rest on April 2, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Richard Duggan, Sr. Mother of Richard Duggan, Jr. (Debbie) and Carol Duggan. Grandmother of Richard Duggan, III (Kristi), Jordan Duggan, Michelle Martin (Daniel), and Andrew Nettleton. Great Grandmother of Jaelynn Duggan, Jaxon Duggan, and an unborn Great Granddaughter. Daughter of the late Jacob and Twila Fink. Sister of Ronald Fink, Joan Alford, Linda Templet, and the late Joyce Caster and Dennis Fink. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Age 81 years, a native of Baltimore, MD, raised in Gretna, and resident of Chalmette, LA.

Sally was a proud and effective matriarch to her family. She and her husband accomplished various achievements in their time on earth. A creative at heart, Sally's hand painted Mardi Gras masks were shipped to buyers all over the country. As her friends and family know, she was a naturally gifted cook. Patrons of Duggan's Cozy Corner in Gretna (circa early 2000's) still ask about her stuffed bell peppers, beef tips and noodles, and classic po-boys. 

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 11 AM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Visitation will be held from 9 AM until service time.
