Salvador J. "Sam" Cangelosi Jr.

Salvador J. “Sam” Cangelosi Jr. passed away on December 4, 2014 at the age of 53 years. Beloved husband of Edith “Edie” Alford. Father of Lashene Galatas, Sophia Cangelosi and Paynn Cangelosi. Grandfather of Kambrie Beck. Son of Sam J. Cangelosi Sr. and Elaine Schiro Cangelosi. Brother of Penny Cangelosi (Sissy) and Roland Cangelosi. Grandson of the late Bessie and Dominick Cangelosi, Grandpa and Grandma Schiro. Also survived by his mother-in-law, Petra “Mami” Santiago; brother-in-law, Maxie Tybussek Jr.; Godson, Max Tybussek III; niece Jennifer Tybussek; great-niece and nephew, Skylar and Hayden Tybussek; step-children, Albert “Teboy” Guidroz, Lauren Alford, Dax Alford, Dario Alford along with many other loving relatives and friends.
Sam worked as a mechanic for Avondale Containers and with Maxie’s band, “The Tricks” as a sound and lighting technician. He was a talented artist and loved to spend time with his family. He will be sadly missed. No flowers, please. Donations in his memory may be made to the family to help with expenses.
