October 23, 1935 — June 23, 2015

Sandrus J. Baudoin of Harvey, LA, on 23rd of June, 2015 passed away at home surrounded by his Family at the age of 79 years having battled glioblastoma for 10 months. He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 59 years, Leona “Jean” Baudoin, and his five children, Donna Niolon (Buddy), James Baudoin (Phillis), Brian Baudoin (Marycita), Dennis Baudoin (Belinda), Craig Baudoin (Colette), seven grandchildren, Aaron, Jamie, Jessica, Brian Jr., Brooke, Craig Jr. and Carlee “Rosebud”, eleven great grandchildren, two brothers Ervin and Kernis, one sister Della and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred and Edolie and two brothers Ralph and Alton. Sandrus was a graduate of Mount Carmel in Abbeville, LA. He is retired from Southern Pacific, PMT and ABL Trucking. He received the Order of St. Louis IX Medallion in 2014 for his years of service and dedication to the Catholic Church, in particular, St. Martha Catholic Church.



Family and Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Martha Catholic Church, 2555 Apollo Drive, in Harvey on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 11:00 am. Visitation will begin at St. Martha Catholic Church at 9:00 am until funeral time. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be a celebration of Sandrus Baudoin’s life following the Burial at St. Martha Hall next to Church. In lieu of flowers, the Family requests that donations be made to St. Martha Catholic Church in memory of Sandrus J. Baudoin.
