Shannon C. deBlanc, CRNA entered into eternal life on September 25, 2015. Beloved wife of 24 years to Matthew D. deBlanc. Mother of Cailley and Daniel deBlanc. Daughter of Dorothy "Tally" McDonald Gros and the late Samuel McDonald Jr. and George M. Connor. Daughter-in-law of Donna Ruiz deBlanc and William E. "Bill" deBlanc. Sister of Roxie Sloan (Robert), Roger Connor (Leslie), Samuel McDonald III (Angie), and Shea McDonald (Kristen). Sister-in-law of Christopher deBlanc (Jennifer) and Amanda deBlanc Hart (Chris). Granddaughter of Sybil McMillan Caimi and the late Stanley McMillan. Age 47 years, a native of Abington, PA and a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA. She was a graduate of Our Lady of Holy Cross College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She received her masters in Anesthesia from LSU School of Medicine New Orleans. She worked at Meadowcrest as a Critical Care Nurse and at Ochsner Foundation Hospital and Baptist as a CRNA.
Relatives and Friends of the Family, are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, 3368 Esplanade Ave., New Orleans, LA on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11 AM. Interment will follow in St. Louis #3 Cemetery, New Orleans, LA. Mothe Funeral Home handling arrangements.
