Sherry Bourg Raffo

Sherry Bourg Raffo peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the age of 61. Beloved wife of Doug Raffo of 34 years. Beloved daughter of the late Lucien Bourg and Selma Lepine Bourg. Loving mother of James Frazier (Kelly), Doug Raymond Raffo (Theresa) and Nicole Raffo Tuschl (Kevin, Sr.). Loving Grandmother of Taylor Frazier, James Frazier, Ross Frazier, Kellen Frazier, Isabella Raffo, Kevin Tuschl, Jr. and Mya Tuschl. Sherry is also survived by 1 expectant great grandchild, Forrest Freeze. Sister of Shirley Rice, Lena Poirrier, Lucius “Jay” Bourg and the late David Bourg. Sherry is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was born in Westwego and resided in Belle Chasse for the past 30 years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Westwego. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the family to help with funeral expenses. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 9AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11AM. Interment will be privately held at a later date.
