Shirley Romero Lefeve passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side
On Friday, February 10, 2023 at the age of 91 years old. Beloved wife of the late Calvin F Lefeve Sr. Daughter of the late Zulma Lajunie and Alton Romero. Preceeded in death by her sister Joyce Provenzano and brother Curley Romero, Mother of Kathleen Lamy, Calvin Lefeve Jr. , Lisa Lefeve and Genie Fiddling Mother-in-law of Jeffrey Fiddling, Norma Smith. Tim Lamy and Maggie Lefeve. Sister of Linda Firmin, Elva Lajunie and Carrie Carrigee. Grandmother of Tobie (Julie), Nick, Kyle (Abby) Deven and Trevor (Connie) Lamy, Sterling Canfield, Leslie Lefeve, Joseph, Jessica and Stacey Fiddling; and Samantha (Ron) Rollins. Great grandmother of Sydney Fiddling, Ron and Rhett Rollins, Allee, Jacob and Sophie, Thomas, Olivia, Kada and Noxx Lamy. Beau Coup Nieces and Nephews. A native of Erath, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Her greatest joy in life were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We would especially like to thank The Hospice of Baton Rouge for their amazing care, given to our Mother. Chris Shavers, Chrissy Easley and Latarsha Joseph. Relatives and friends of the family, also the Marrero Golden Agers, are invited to attend the funeral Services at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 LAPALCO BLVD., in Marrero, LA on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 11AM. Visitation will begin at 9AM. Interment will follow at McDonoghville Cemetery in Gretna, LA.
