Shirley "Nora" Naquin

Shirley “Nora” Manno Naquin, age 83 entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 1, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Davey L. Naquin, Sr. Daughter of the late Gasper Manno and Nora Bono Manno. Mother of Davey L. Naquin, Jr. (Debra) and Gasper K. Naquin (Linda). Grandmother of Davey L. Naquin III, Duane Naquin (Heather) and Desiree’ N. Williams (Mark). Great Grandmother of Kelsey, Madison, Destiny, Dylan, Dustin, Mason and Logan. Sister of Rose Adkins, Gasper Manno, Jr., Anthony Manno, Sr. and the late Gloria Jean Manno, Dominick Manno, Sr., Louis Manno, Joseph Manno, Antoinette Martin, Cecelia Baronich and Mateo Manno. She also had countless nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many loving friends who will miss her always. Shirley was born in New Orleans, LA and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA. She was Owner of the former Naquin Restaurant in Belle Chasse. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church where she was a member of the Altar Society and the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in memory of Shirley to Our Lady of Perpetual Help School Building Fund. A visitation will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Highway 23, Belle Chasse, LA on Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church on Saturday at 11AM. Interment will be in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Mausoleum, Belle Chasse, LA.
