Shirley Schouest, a wonderful loving mother, sister, and friend was called home to the Lord on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the age of 63 years. Beloved wife of the late Henry Schouest. Loving companion of the late Robert Beck. Mother of Tammy White (David), Margaret Rinker (Justin), Valarie Galliano (Tony), Lisa Quick (Colon), and Rusty Stein, Jr., Step-Mother of Eddie and Lee Beck, Daughter of the late Mary and Redpayne Williams. Sister of Tina Benandi, Billie Jean Andras, Ira Simoneaux, Tracy and Pattie Payne and the late Pete Benandi and Terry Williams. Grandmother of Kerilyn and Michelle Galliano, Jordon Brouillette, Destiny Dallas, Prince Romeo, Cassie Hicks, James Hicks, Jr., Amber Cortez, Jade Lejeune, Jeremiah Quick, and the late Kristen Stein. She was a lifelong resident of Harvey, LA. She will be dearly missed.
