Stanley Joseph Chotin, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of the late Beverly Prattini Chotin. Son of the late Joseph A. and Wilhelmina Chotin. Father of Stanley Joseph Chotin, Jr. (Penny), Bonnie C. Bell (Robert), Sheila C. Bourgeois (Camille,Jr.) and Stephanie C. Davis (Michael). Grandfather of Lauren, Brendon (Ashley), Ryan, Jordon, Lindsey, Allison, Amanda, Camille III, Madelon, -- Ali and Haley. Brother of the late Marjorie Ranatza and Aileen Moldaner. A native and resident of New Orleans, LA. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Staff of Ochsner Westbank and Canon Hospice in New Orleans for their care and compassion given to Stanley. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, July 12, 2012 from 6PM to 10PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Friday, July 13, 2012 from 10AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 1PM.
