Stephen James Martin

Stephen James Martin passed away on August 21, 2013 at the age of 48 years. Loving son of Mary Spencer Martin and the late James A. Martin. Beloved companion of Dena Ollado Robles, who was the love of his life. Father of Jessica and Elizabeth Martin. Brother of Beth M. Martin (Brad), Shannon Martin Robertson (Jake) and Sharyn Martin Price. He is survived by 6 nieces and nephews along with 5 grandchildren.
Stephen was once an active member of the Seafarer’s International Union. He was an avid Saints fan and a gifted poet. He was very devoted to his loving mother and his family and will be missed by all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 1 PM. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 6 PM to 9 PM, resuming on Monday from 9 AM to 1 PM. Masses Preferred.
